As far as I am aware (though I may be wrong), S/PDIF doesn't go below 24kHz. I've tested audio equipment using an Audio Precision test unit, and it wouldn't let me go below 20kHz (it allows continuously variable sample rate to see how well equipment copes). What are you running that requires a lo

Hello, I have such a problem with alsa. modules are loaded without any problems. However, I could not open "alsamixer". My system is on Intel ICH5 chipset with ALC655 chip. Thus, I set up with snd_intel8x0.o module. It is loaded without any problem. Should I load other drivers such as snd_x.o?
