Hi,
I'm thinking about byuing an Asus Xonar U1 USB sound card. However,
the soundcard matrix at alsa-project lists it as unknown. So, is there
anyone who had a close encounter with this card and can tell me if
it's working or not?

I need a S/PDIF input (48kHz) that works with a sound card that can run
with ALSA onto a laptop.
I've buy and try a M-Audio fast track pro but didn't suceed to make a
recording from spdif with it (there is no mixer).
