Hi all,
I got it to work! :D I was telling MythTV to send everything to my
digital output directly. This was wrong. I needed to send everything to
my analog output and let the chip do the work. I'm now playing music at
44.1 kHz and movies at 48 kHz. :)
Thanx anyway,
Bart

Hi All
I'm trying to play an audio file file.wav (system ubuntu hardy alsa version
1.0.16)
aplay file.wav gives me the message :
Lecture en cours WAVE 'file.wav' : Signed 16 bit Little Endian, Taux
44100 Hz, Stéréo
but no sound !
Playing this file with totem or vls (videolan) works correctly
Hi!
Just ideas:
1. Do you have jack running? (Term # ps-ax | grep jackd)
2. try: term # alsamixer
and then: term # alsamixer -c 1
Perhaps your soundcard is not card 0, but card 1.
3. What your soundcards samplerate setting? What your soundcard anyway?
Perhaps multichannel?
All I can
