Can aloop used with dmix ?.

I would like to seperate out the stereo outs to multiple outputs, so I

I have written yet another ALSA program for recording voice and then
playing it back. This time I am having trouble with the recording support.
The problem is that the recording does not start when it is supposed to.
There is a 4.1 second delay before any data is available.
