Hi,
I need to install Echo Gina3G under Kubuntu 8.04(clean instalation),
I've tried to follow:
http://www.alsa-project.org/main/index.php/Matrix:Module-echo3g#Quick_installation

site, configured, compled and installed. Everthing is working again:)

Hi folks,
I tried Linux 2.6.29.1 on an Acer Aspire Revo. Problem: By default
there is no sound at all, neither via the hdmi connection, nor on
the headphone. In dmesg I found this:
[ 20.375073] HDA Intel :00:08.0: PCI INT A -> Link[LAZA] -> GSI 22
(level, low) -> IRQ 22
[ 20.386838] HDA
Follow up: I now tried internal mic vs external mic and hdmi output
according to different model= options
I have external mic inputing sound with: fujitsu, benq, benq-t3, hippo
hippo_1 , sony and lenovo-3000
I have digital option "IEC958" in alsamixer with : fujitsu, hippo
hippo_1 however NO SOUND
