i've just installed the latest version of alsa-stable, 0.9.2, and now when i play mp3s, i hear this discernable buzzing sound, like interference of some sort. this was never the case before i upgraded my alsa drivers. i'm using the via8233a chipset, and compiled alsa-drivers with via82xx.
