I get no sound from pci-e soundcard SB X-Fi Xtreme Audio and latest alsa
version 1.0.22 !
lspci shows:
05:00.0 Audio device: Creative Labs [SB X-Fi Xtreme Audio] CA0110-IBG

00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 82801I (ICH9 Family) HD Audio
Controller (rev 02)
should be ALC889a, dmesg tells:
[16267.724330] hda_codec: Unknown model for ALC882, trying auto-probe from
BIOS...
Until now I used the normal line-out, which was work
The parameters doesn't help.
New alsa-driver 1.0.18a doesn't work too.

Hi ! I get no sound on my new notebook Toshiba Satellite P100-313. I use alsa-driver 1.0.2rc3 with module snd-hda-intel. alsmixer shows the soundcard as Generic 14f1 ID 5047. WIN-XP shows the device as Conexant High Audio. Any ideas ? Dirk
