ne 44.1k, one 48k and one 96k. It played them all
perfectly.
So, there is a bug. When the clock of the Multiface II is at 96k, the
plug:jack does not work; it won't play back other sampling rates - it
just stutters a second and exits.

So, the playback 26/27 pair should go to output 0/1 and playback 28/29
should go to output 26/27.
