I've been banging my head against this for several hours now. I cannot
get sound output out of any channels except the first two (marked as
front on the card).
I'm using this command to test it (except with different out1-4)
aplay -c 2 -r 44100 -f S16_LE -D out2 icecube.raw
out1 goes to front
