[Alsa-user] snd_hda_intel on ALC662 (Classmate 2nd gen) does not mute and does not offer mic boost

Hello, I'm looking for help on getting the sound card on a Classmate 2nd generation: http://www.classmatepc.com/products/laptop-technical-specs/ working with alsa. Has anyone done it? I started from Mandriva 2008 - alsa was ok except for PCM mute - mute master does not mute sound, and mic boost.
