Just one thing: with this patch, the "enforced" PM happens if I use_pm=2 (auto),
do I get it right? Probably, it would make sense to to have "enforced" mode for
use_pm=1 (on)? Something like
...

{
...
Just better (IMHO) semantics, you know...

reported this way:
