Hi, I have Sounblaster audigy se, but it didn't work..
My kernel version is: 2.6.14-5 Problem: Soundcard is recognized, but it's sound is very distorted(you can only recognize, that something is playing, ...) on http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-doc/index.php?vendor=vendor-Creative_Labs#matrix is one very strange line: Sound Blaster Audigy SE CA0106 Details (ca0106) Card working on ALSA # 1.0.11rc2 or later. Digital/Analog input not tested. It fixes this:Sound badly distorted. But it is impossible to download 1.0.11rc2. the next exciting thing on it is lspci: 0000:00:0d.0 Multimedia audio controller: Creative Labs SB Audigy LS Subsystem: Creative Labs: Unknown device 100a Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 32, IRQ 5 I/O ports at e400 [size=32] Capabilities: [dc] Power Management version 2 is it SE or LS?
