I have a Creative AWE32; the documentation for that seems to indicate that ALSA needs to be obtained separately, while it appears that ALSA is included in the kernel source; what is it that's shipped with 2.6.16.4, and what else do I need to get? (And are the AWE32 docs simply out of date?) ---
