Dear all alsa user

It has been 4 month since my first email to this mailing-list and I still
searching to make my Focusrite Saffire 6 USB works. I've got nothing. So I have
a few question:
1) Is there any spesific requirement/criteria to determine a soundcard can be
supported in alsa?
2) I'm not a developer, and I doesn't have programming skill, so What can I do
to start a driver development for my soundcard?
3) THis is not a question, just an info, i contacted focusrite, they would'nt
create a linux driver. BUt they're willing to help any project which want to
create driver for they product. They provided a good support (i think) with
ffado project, and i believe they will do same with ALSA-Project.

Well, anyway, i would like to say a big Thanks for all of you in Alsa project.
You're bring Linux to next level of computing. Great job
