Hi,
I have problems with the spdif AC3 pass-through function on the
Aureal au8830 (which is configured as my second audio device). When I
try to use AC3 pass-through with mplayer I get:

mplayer is run with -ao alsa9:hw:1,1 -ac hwac3. And this is with kernel
2.6.5-rc1.
What can be the problem? (Is this supposed to even work yet?)
