Hi! I have a little problem with alsa driver:
I've tried to install alsa driver for an laptop shipped with Intel HDA soundcard. But when I ran the ./configure, I get this: checking cross compile... checking for directory with kernel source... /lib/modules/2.6.17.13/source checking for directory with kernel build... /lib/modules/2.6.17.13/build checking for kernel linux/version.h... no The file /lib/modules/2.6.17.13/source/include/linux/version.h does not exist. Please install the package with full kernel sources for your distribution or use --with-kernel=dir option to specify another directory with kernel sources (default is /lib/modules/2.6.17.13/source). The whole kernel source (the running kernel compiled from this) is in /usr/src/linux directory. When I set the --with-kernel=/usr/src/linux I got the same error. I checked the whole original kernel source, but no version.h in includes/linux. (2.6.17.13) What can I do? Thanks!
