Hi! I had the same problem. You need to install your kernel sources (from your mandrake cds). Then you should look if you can find a configuration for your kernel. I'm using suse and there they are in /boot. There is something like vmlinuz.config. I usually copy that to /usr/src/liux/.config. I t
