Well, that looks like it labeled the tape, if you do "amtape config
current" it should read the label and tell you. Where config is your
real config name of course.

Now i build in the drive but i do not know whats his device name is?!
My old DAT-Drive was nst0 but this does nt work with the DLT!?

Does this drive work good with amanda?
How do i have to set it up in amanda.conf?
How do i activate the compression of the drive to get the full 230GB?

Backup it always fails.
These dumps were to tape DailySet166.
The next tape Amanda expects to use is: DailySet161.

i have a Problem with amanda.
I try to backup 1 Directory from a Server. The Directoy has a size of round
about 80 GB.
Every Morning i get the status mail:
*** THE DUMPS DID NOT FINISH PROPERLY!
These dumps were to tape DailySet166.
The next tape Amanda expects to use is: a new tape.
