compiled it using gcc 3 and even compiled 2.4.4p4 but I am getting the same
error. the amanda host and client are the same machine. I was not able
figure out how to correct this. My amanda project was put on hold because

I had the same error a few weeks ago. When you do a make, use the bsd
version. /usr/ccs/bin/make and it should work fine.

the entire c1t0d0s5 slice (which is also my holding disk) to tape. I
