I am now running an amdump with some anomalous results when I look at "amstatus --waitdumping".
I'm using amanda-4.4p3. I'm looking at localhost://ibis/f$ (yes, I know about the localhost issues). //ibis/f$ is skipped, according to the logs: The amdump log includes the following line: delay: localhost //ibis/f$ 20041030 0 [dumps too big, 72509032 KB, full dump delayed] now at level -1 The log has this: INFO planner localhost //ibis/f$ 20041030 0 [dumps too big, 72509032 KB, full dump delayed] FAIL planner localhost //ibis/f$ 20041030 -1 [no estimate] Yet, when I run amstatus, I get the following information: [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ sudo su - backup -c 'amstatus normal --waitdumping' Using /var/log/amanda/normal/amdump from Sat Oct 30 12:34:01 PDT 2004 localhost://ibis/f$ 0113563804k wait for dumping It appears that ibis/f$ will be dumped this time around, even though it really won't be dumped. -- Kevin Dalley [EMAIL PROTECTED]
