I apologize for the caused inconveniences, the problem is solved. I have added
to a file/etc/xinetd.d/amanda on a client of a line
disable = no
then restart xinetd and all has earned. Once again I apologize. All thanks for
the help

No, I use on clients and a server Gentoo Linux, amanda compiled from portage
(amanda-2.4.5) with USE flags
