You won't be able to restore something meaningfull from this dumps at all.
Linux dump is designed only for dumping ext2 fi

it's must see how u defind ur disklist...
if u defind disklist like
loaclhost /dev/sda13 always-full-tar
than when u restore,
amrestore -p TAPE-DEVICE localhost /dev/sda13 |tar -xvf -
hope it will helpful
