I'm a bit confused about the "strategy" setting and the
"skip-full"/"skip-incr". Although the functionality of these is not
exactly the same, there definitely seems to be an overlap. Can someone
explain the idea behind these settings, and why there isn't just one way
of choosing what to include on the backup?
