I'm really using 2.3.3, typo on the version, sorry. Second paragraph, second
sentence should also state "which I'm sure is the cause..". Thats what I get
for trying quickly type an email before leaving for the day.

Since upgrading to amavisd 2.3.4 amavis wasn't returning the correct result
for our user whitelist/blacklist entries in SQL. If a user had [EMAIL PROTECTED]
whitelisted and @aol.com blacklisted, the blacklist entry was matching and
causing the message to be blocked/tagged.
We were running 2.2.

Right, the truth is that I don't want exactly remove the banned parts,
but substitute the banned part with a .txt telling the user that
something was banned from the message and why.
Somebody told me that eTrust Antivirus, associated with Exchange, does that.

The order of installs is quite irrelevant. Amavisd-new only finds
