Why set max_use?

I see very little documentation on integrating amavisd-new, sql db
(MySQL), and Spamassassin user preferences. Is it possible? If so,
how do these parts go together?
Thank you.

that typo was fixed, there was at least one question remaining.
Dan, once clamd is configured, if you get errors, this may help:

It may report it only as a secondary if you have not installed clamd
(the daemonized clamav scanner), or you have not uncommented the

I'm attempting to replace sendmail/mimedefang/clamav/spamassassin with
postfix/amavisd-new/clamav/spamassassin. Before attempting the install
on the corporate mail server I'm doing the install on my workstation.
I'm following the instalation instructions in Ralf Hildebrandt's "The

Hello everyone.
I'm using version amavisd-new 2.3.3 with Spamassassin 3.0.4. I am
attaching my amavisd.conf file.
My main beef presently is to have my SA user preferences stored in a
MySQL database (4.0.24) and have them user-configurable via web
browser.
On the amavisd-new site documentation

I've installed the Crypt::OpenSSL::RSA module however, amavisd-new
reports the following as missing but I can verify they are there.
Crypt::OpenSSL::RSA::_new
Crypt::OpenSSL::RSA::DESTROY
Crypt::OpenSSL::RSA::load_public_key

On general, with milter you can't, or better yet, you need
to add additional milters or modify amavis-milter.
But in this particular case, whitelisting the address

Good!
I like the 1st and the 3rd of your solutions. But..
ABOUT the 1st:
- How I disable spam re-checking?
ABOUT the 3rd:
- How I can setup another mailer for handling message originating from
amavisd? And dual sendmail?
Thanks,

Mark,
Please, can you expose your point of view about this strange behaviour of
