The indication above shows a stall during receiving of message
by amavisd, between accepting a connection and start of processing...
... while the log below shows a stall during sending a message
from amavisd back to Postfix.

Ok,
Sorry for all the hastle this has caused.
The "administrator" of the network forgot to tell us (thaugh we asked
him) that he has activated mail filtering on his firewall, with the
exact same tag in the subject !!!
At least we have learned how to debug amavis.

One more information,
From the various testing we have been conducted, mail is tagged with
"## TASPAM ##" when :
- Sent in bulk (for exemple 200 mails at a time).
- Same mail does not get tagged if sent 4 times with 50 recipients at
a time.
