basis. For example, whitelist @netconsonance.com if it passes SPF
rules.
Whitelists on large domains without a conditional (ie DKIM, SPF, mail
server's IP, etc) are just begging for more spam.

Amavis does allow by domain. Its not terribly obvious, but in

No, but it is quite useful. Amavis doesn't allow you to whitelist by
dkim, spf or source IP on a per-domain basis. SA does. And it's
