Hi,

I posted this before.
But I am really lost here.
I tried to find the cause and I thought it was the spamassassin rbl checks
that was timing out and taking amavisd down.
So I disabled spamassassin rbl check module. But it is still happening.
So for 5-10 mins, one amavisd process is stuck processing message.
And that one, in this case, would be process number PID 29146: 29146-02-9
0:05:48 =========:=========:=========:=====>
I posted amavisd-nanny output.
And that process goes on and on for 10 mins. It will delay my whole message
delivery in that same system.
My server load is okay.
I have 4 cores with 8GB RAM.
And load average is below 4 when it is at peak time serving messages.
I checked disk I/O but it is also fine.
CPU time is also fine.
Now I am lost.
Can someone hepl me find out the problem?
I just want to deliver all the messages even one process fails to deliver.
And I was looking into separating amavisd filtering to another server
(having one dedicated server for filtering) but I want to pin point this
problem and then move on.
Please help!

Thank you,

Justin
