I updated to the latest db44 but it didn't fix my issue. Still have
"(!!)TROUBLE in child_init_hook: BDB no dbS: Unknown locker ID: 2198
errors. . at (eval 64) line 30".
"Creating db in /var/amavis/db/; BerkeleyDB 0.31, libdb 4.4". I run
everything in a ram disk but I hadn't such locking issue

Ops sorry, forget about it. I didn't see the thread about this issue in
the archive. I will try the tips from the FAQ.
I have /var/amavis/db/; BerkeleyDB 0.31, libdb 4.3 and sorry.
