is it possible to alter the notification template for banned files in an
custom hook, or to modify the text of the notification or
to create a new notification mail in the custom hook?

I've just reinstalled our test environment and I can't seem to get the
bounce notifications sent out. Everything else seems to be working as
expected. Our setup is RHEL5, Amavis 2.5.2 and sendmail 8.13.8 in a
milter pre-queue setup.
I've done some copy & paste from our "old" amavisd 2.

Maybe no one has sent you a virus or banned file today.
For virus and banned files, make sure you still have:
$virus_admin = "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"; # notifications recip.
