Correct interface policy bank it not loaded for me when connected to
unix socket. Amavisd-new 2.11.0 on Ubuntu 18.04, Perl v5.26.1.
I've made a little investigation and found that both NS_port and
NS_unix_path are empty in allow_deny_hook.
What can be wrong?
