Seem your amavis not start with 10024 port ,
Could you try to kill process amavisd ?
#ps auxw | grep amavis
#kill pid
And try to re-start amavisd process again.
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/amavisd restart
After restart please check port 10024, 10025 listen in socket
#netstat -na | grep -
