Would be highly obliged if someone can help me with correcting this error

I have a problem.
I source ASCII data from by data provider who has a standard Tick size data
which he supplies to all. However, since I require just 5-min timeframe, my
database settings is 5-min minimum. The lower timeframes of 1-min and less
are ignored.
