Hi, That's not the correct format for the symbols. Please look here for the correct formats: http://kb.esignalcentral.com/display/2n/articleDirect/index.asp?aid=2739&r=0.5561029 Also, make sure you use caps and make sure you are using the newest version of the esignal downloader otherwise RT updates may not work.
