on your base capital...as an example your risk may be 1% of the base
capital of $100k for each trade. Once the portfolio is in profit
then you risk a percentage of the profit in addition to the base
capital risk for example 5% of profit
eg
Base Capital $100k
Initial Risk 1% $1000
Profit above base capital is $20000
Additional risk for next trade is $1000
Total risk for next trade is Base risk plus additional risk = $2000
If the portfolio value falls below the base capital then you use
only the initial risk of 1% of equity.
