[amibroker] Translation Table

I am trying to put together an Amiquote translation table for MS indexes.  The example translations tables under Amiquote folder are empty. I understand at one point TJ was good enough to fill some of these in but for some reason mine are empty. Before I go and reinvent the wheel can someone point me in the right direction.
