Go to Catalog, then technical info, and punch in RG-6. There is a whole
lot of variations to RG-6. That said, it looks like 300 volts RMS is the
rating.
Replace the circuit with this modification. Works well with my DX-100. The
carbon element pot is smooth and will never fail since it sees low
current. Also... Spread out the turns on the 10/15 meter 6146 grid coil pair
to get lots more grid current at 10/15 meters. If the coil turns are not
spread
Will do Tony. It will take me a while to do it. Do you need the schematic,
or will a list of the voltages do?

Thanks to everyone for there DX-100 help. I have the DX-100 going again.
It turned out to be a lot of bad solder connections and a few broken wire
connections. Only problem now is that the grid current is a bit unstable and
will vary up and down about .05 ma on its own.
I do have a question
there's an amphenol catalog online at
http://208.190.133.201/old_iron/Amphenol/Amphenol_Catalog_W1.html
It's old, but has alot of the more obscure cable types, and some
good technical info as well.
Gary:
I would suggest you install the neutralizing mod that mimics the Apache.
Drill a hole from the driver/final shield immediately behind the unused
terminal on the Driver variable cap. Install a grommet in the hole. If
you drill the hole 1/4 the grommet for that hole will work just fine.
