I picked up one of Bob's 8" speakers and it sounds great on my HQ-140X.
I'm no expert, but I have been in broadcasting/audio recording, etc. for
over 35 years and I have heard my share of speakers and this one
satisfies my requirements just fine. No complaints here.

Look at the speaker ads in Part Express, and other sites, that refer to
speakers as "speaker drivers". They generally have the "classic" wide
range speaker response as in the"good of days" when we went to the local
stores to buy a replacement speaker.
