Oh no we held our ground. Hey I use SSB as well but I would never intentionally start a qso so close to another qso to cause interference. It's not legal to do so and it certainly isn't the Amateur Radio spirit! It would be nice to establish a bit of an AM presence in the extra portion as well I

Now see that didn't take too long! Less than a half hour of occasional CQ's and I am now in a very nice QSO with K4YBC from North Carolina. Solid into South Louisiana. But the SSBers have discovered us and they are trying to give us some grief. I didn't hear them when I first called, go figure.
