Yes! Last night and early this morning were much like a preface to what I look forward to in the Winter on 75 (and 160) meter AM. This morning about 6:00 the noise floor here was about S-3 (abt -140dbm) with no static crashes from lightning. Actually worked some closer AM'ers (KA5RHK and WD5BZO) up until about 10:30 on 17 watts of QRP carrier from here.
