HI Jack,
24 or 48 volts DC should do it. Used in telephone work, #1ESS and
other systems. It is fast operating. Try 24 volts first. (I forget now.)

It is an octal and may have the coil on pins 7 and 8; I measure about 100 ohms
across them. It is sealed with a High Pressure warning on the metal case which
is about 2 inches high.
