I've just acquired a TS-811 but alas it does not have the IF-10A
computer interface. I've downloaded the manual and have all the chips,
eprom programmer, spare eproms etc. to build my own. What I don't have
is the contents of the 2732 extension eprom.

Antenna arrived today. Shipping was $9.30 so total of $24.29. All
white plastic encapsulated: 4.5x4.5x1.0 inch and has four mounting
holes on the flange. I will mount it on a 1/8-inch thick aluminum
plate attached to my satellite elevation crossboom using
U-bolts. Very nice looking

Has anyone replaced the female N connector on the IC 471A, 25 watt tranceiver
PA module? It seems as if the heat sink is trapped between the N connector
barrel and the PA circuit board. Unless the connector barrel pulls off of the
pin, I see no way of removing it, or the circuit board to get at

The point of my email was to suggest that based on my observations, and
knowledge of operations down under, the fact that AO-51 is sometimes on in
eclipse may not necessarily be caused by bad operators. There seems to be
evidence to indicate that the transponder can be triggered for
