Make certain that the name of the satellite is exactly the same in the
DOPPLER.SQF file as it is in the keps you are using. If they don't match
exactly, no tuning info. An alternative is to use the AMSAT NAMES function.

uplink to the PBBS is OFF for a bit so that we can try to catch up on the
download of whole orbit data that has been accumulating during the S-band
period. It might remain off for a day or so, we'll see.
