What a delight being able to monitor UO-11 this week!
Just in case you do not have proper decoding software to read what it is
transmitting, here is a transcript of what I heard here in Southern California

Skype? Just curious, is it possible to remote uplink as well?

We just replace the microphone on skype with a line from the accessory jack at
a fixed level, or you can go thru an interface like a rigblaster. There are
others on this list that run full remote on voice...I haven't gotten that far.
It's mainly a tool for commanding for me so far.

Listening to the recording, I think I copied the repeater ID to be KB4PTJ.
The call is of that of a repeater owner and he lists repeaters on 70cm and
6m, and the 6m machine is using the PL 91.5 so perhaps his machine was just
