Amateurs are invited to submit technical papers for presentation at the 31st
Annual ARRL and TAPR Digital Communications
I received my Satellite WAS # 328 today from the ARRL.
I would like to thank all of the operators for the many QSOs and all of those
that responded with QSL cards. Special thanks goes out to Adrian, AA5UK/P for
his contact from Hawaii and to Bruce, KK5DO for his efforts in checking my
cards.
