New keps- hi Bob im using instrack on the base computer here at home so its
easy to mod keps,but dont get excited Turksat becon isnt that stong,and the
foot print is about ao51 or a bit less,so it wont be even a fo29 ,shame i

Copied both, Packet from Turksat and what appeared to be an unmodulated
Carrier from Cubebug.
No response from Turksat transponder.
Cubebug had the stronger signal, but don't know of 2013-018B,C and D each
