I recently updated SatPC32 from 12.8b to 12.8c. I backed up my old data,
removed SatPC32 and installed the newer version then restored my backup
data. Everything is working and SatPC32 itself is using English language.
However any error with comms (ServerSDX) returns an error message in German

I'm sorry about the German error messages in ServerSdx.exe. I have uploaded
a file with Englisch messages. It can be downloaded here:

Copy the downloaded file into the sub folder SDX of the SatPC32 program
folder (usually C:\Program Files\SatPC32)
Through his work on the educational aspects of the Fox satellites, Mark
Spencer has produced some great experiments and materials.
The Fox-1 attitude determination experiment, and now the Fox-2 MPPT
system have both been presented in the AMSAT Journal.
If you aren't a member of AMSAT you are

As one of the students on the Fox-2 MPPT project it's great to see interest
in the project and associated topics. Expect to hear more technical details
about the Fox-2 MPPT.
It's pretty neat to be indirectly responsible for answering one of those

none. All authority remains with ITU Member states. ITU functions entirely
within the International Telecommunication Convention and annexed radio
regulations.

all have transponders and Delfi-C3 had one.
Turksat-3usat also contains a transponder that only worked very briefly.
