The downlink is 145.800 and uplink is 144.490. If you don't hear packet on

Instead of complaining here on the BB, why don't you email the stations that
are doing it and offer some suggestions to improve their operating practices
and maybe point them to John K8YSE's website. You might be surprised at the
response you get (in a good way)

I currently use an Acer Aspire One with the N270 with XP running my Icom
910 , and SatPC32. It hasn't given me any trouble at all. Works like a

Satpc32ISS is what you want to use for same band operations with the 910.
You can find it by clicking start> programs> satpc32. There will be a list
of all the programs that install with satpc32. Hope this helps.
