I use a FT-726R. An Alliance az rotor. A yaesu elevation rotor. And computer
control of none of them. And using them for both says and EME. Doppler is not a
big deal on EME. But, I'm as dumb as a stump.

Happy father's day to all
I think it all depends on the size of the footprint and therefore the altitude
of the bird? I don't believe the FM sats have that kind of altitude.

Orbit #51 over Syracuse, NY FN13---max elevation 8.9 degrees.
No FM downlink at all but I did hear the beacon up the band right where it was
supposed to be. 13B2, 70cm mast mount SSB pre, FT 726R.
Nice big footprint. My first time trying to find this bird. Congrats and good
luck to all involved
good evening all:
I had a 87 degree pass here in Syracuse, FN13 a minute ago. No ISS heard,
unfortunately.
beautiful pass outside under mostly clear skies. Orbitron says magnitude -2.0.
I never get tired of watching the ISS fly over my house.
