weekend 16-18 May 2014. It is also shown below. The times are in UTC. We
will have several operators and you will easily recognize most of them.
Please check in with us and help us demonstrate Amateur Radio Satellites
AMSAT will have its usual presence at HamCom in Plano, TX, this weekend.
There will be an AMSAT Booth, Demos, and an Introduction to Amateur Radio
Satellites talk by Douglas Quagliana, KA2UPW/5. Come by and visit with us
and take home some of the goodies introduced at Dayton this year.

Here are the Satellite Demonstration Passes for Dayton 2013, 17-19 May.
Times are in UTC. We will work as many of these passes as possible -
weather and equipment permitting. The days are Friday, 17 May, through
Sunday, 19 May. The original plain text file is attached with the original

from Moon Day - 2012 at the Frontiers of Flight Museum on Love Field,
Dallas, TX, on Saturday, 21 July 2012. We should be available on at least
the passes shown below. The ISS and HO-68 passes will be listen only. If
AMSAT will have an AMSAT Booth, Satellite Demonstrations, and two Satellite
Talks at Ham-Com in Plano, TX, on 8-9 June 2012. The talks will be given by
Douglas Quagliana, KA2UPW/5, and Keith Pugh, W5IU. This year there will be
a Special Event activity (sponsored by the Plano Amateur Radio Klub
We will be doing Satellite Demonstrations from the AMSAT Demo Area at Dayton
on as many of the passes shown below as possible. The passes shown for the
ISS and HO-68 will be listen only. We will be trying to help as many Youth
and other New Hams as possible to make their first Satellite Contact.
This year with AO-51 and HO-68 on the Sick List and SO-67 scheduled for
Europe and Africa, the schedule will be a little slim for the FM Birds. We
will do the best we can with the Linear Birds and the available FM Birds.
